    Post Injury/Therapy/Rehab Reconditioning

It's a love for motivating people to dismiss the limitations they impose on themselves, to reach above mere "back to normal" and "better" and become inspired to experience and live in greater functional and physical ability and experience life long benefits beyond what they ever thought was "possible", by including not only physical conditioning and lifestyle choices but also by using the amazing asset of their mind. Are you among the very few who choose to empower your evolution to thrive in WellBeing?

On-site (at your location) post injury/physical therapy/rehab reconditioning for private clients. Sessions are 60 or 30 minutes for one client at a time only. Serving Padanaram, and parts of South Dartmouth and North Dartmouth. Fee is $160 per hour and is payable upon completion of session via check or cash.

Contact David directly at 508-542-7335. See "MEET" for professional bio.

First introduced to chiropractic as an undergraduate (Bridgewater State College, B.S., biology), David was drawn toward its simple professional principle of natural, vertebral subluxation based health care that recognizes and works with the body's Innate Intelligence as an extension of an Infinite Intelligence, and, of living a wellness lifestyle.

He earned his D.C. degree from Life University, Marietta, Georgia, has been a licensed chiropractor in Massachusetts since 1989, earned national certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer from AFAA in 1996, and received certification as a Level I Reiki Practitioner from a Master Instructor in Salem, Massachusetts four years later.

During his 30 years as a chiropractor, David ran a general private practice in New Bedford, Massachusetts; vitalistic, wellness practices in Plymouth and Peabody, Massachusetts; worked as a staff chiropractor in a general practice in Boston; and ran a house calls practice serving parts of the southwestern area of South Coast Massachusetts.

Being a vitalistic, wellness focused chiropractor there was a growing feeling of ennui and tedium from rendering only repeated crisis care and pain relief care which the majority of patients insisted on, so David chose to retire from active practice in chiropractic at year's end 2019.

Active as a personal fitness trainer for 25 years David has trained clients at fitness centers in Plymouth and Pembroke, Massachusetts; worked as a fitness trainer for the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council Police Cadet Training Program; worked for and trained clients at athletic clubs in San Diego and Solana Beach, California; and operated as an on-site personal trainer to private clients on the South Coast and North and South Shores of Massachusetts.

In 2005 David chose to leave practice in both chiropractic and personal training for four years to assist his father in caretaking his mother who was stricken with Alzheimer's. Afterward, he became a personal trainer for the Newport County Rhode Island YMCA. He has been a personal trainer at the Dartmouth YMCA Healthy Living Center since its opening in April of 2014.

Currently, his hours for personal training at the HLC and private client appointments are very limited while caretaking his father.

David was born and raised on the South Coast of Massachusetts. For most of his life he has loved activities on the ocean and beaches, and in the outdoors in general.

Having had the opportunity of a graduate-professional education which "revealed the calculated biased indoctrination of the general public in health and health care", for nearly 40 years he has shunned traditional medical care and pharmaceuticals utilizing only natural and holistic forms of care*, with a daily schedule of healthy eating, plenty of filtered water, 20 minutes of meditation, a 20 minute walk outdoors, and 30 minutes of exercise.

Health must be prioritized, valued and thought about daily,

not just when in a health crisis.

Wellness must be something that is lived daily,

not just when it is convenient.

WellBeing - Wellness of body, mind and spirit - must become a part of the very core of one's self,

    not just a fleeting idea.

But this is dismissed and balked at,

and it is why lifestyle-caused diseases have become major epidemics

and accepted as a normal part of life.
